  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account
  • Users must not share their account credentials
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information

4. Credits and Payments

  • Processing files requires credits
  • Credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
  • All payments are processed through Stripe
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. User Content

  • Users retain ownership of their uploaded files
  • Users must have the right to use and process uploaded files
  • Files are temporarily stored for processing only
  • We do not claim ownership of processed files

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Attempt to bypass the credit system
  • Share or distribute account access
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Interfere with the service's operation

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Maintenance windows may affect service availability

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from service use
