How it works

1

Pick a plugin

Browse the catalog, watch the demo, and read each FFGL plugin's description.

2

Pay or subscribe

One-time purchases via Stripe Checkout, or subscribe for continuous access to every plugin in the store.

3

Download and use

The plugin file is sent to your email and stays in your account. Drop the .dll/.bundle into the Resolume plugins folder.

Subscriber plugins · how the license works

Some plugins ship in a subscriber build that requires a small license file (.vjmlic) to run. Subscribers receive a license valid for the full billing cycle, automatically renewed on every payment. Anyone with an account can also generate a 10-minute free trial license to test any subscriber plugin before committing.

1

Find your Machine ID

Open the plugin in Resolume and look at the License section of its parameter panel — the Machine ID is shown there.

Back in Resolume, click Load… in the License panel and pick the .vjmlic file you just downloaded. The status flips to Active and the plugin runs.

Frequently asked questions

Do the plugins work in Resolume Avenue/Arena?

Yes. All plugins are FFGL 2 and load in Resolume 7+ on both Windows (.dll) and macOS (.bundle). After purchase you can download either build — or both — from your account.

How many computers can I install on?

Up to 2 computers per account. Each one needs to be registered (Machine ID) so the license file works on it. Subscribers can swap computers, but the freed slot only opens up on the next billing renewal — this prevents abuse.

How many times can I download a plugin?

Up to 5 downloads per one-time purchase. The file stays available in My account as long as your account exists. Subscriber downloads are unlimited while the subscription is active.

What's the difference between a one-time purchase and a subscription?

One-time purchase: pay once, the plugin is yours forever, no license file needed, free updates of that specific plugin.
Subscription: recurring payment for access to every subscriber plugin in the catalog. A small .vjmlic license file (regenerated on every renewal) keeps things in sync.

Can I try the subscriber plugins before subscribing?

Yes. Register a computer in My account and click Generate 10-min trial. The license expires after 10 minutes — long enough to verify everything works on your setup. There's a 5-minute cooldown between trials.

Where does the license file go?

You don't need to copy it anywhere specific — just click Load… inside the plugin's License panel in Resolume and pick the .vjmlic file. The plugin remembers it.

Do I get free updates?

Yes. Every future update of a plugin you bought (or that's covered by your subscription) is free.

Can I use plugins in commercial gigs?

Yes. The license covers personal and commercial use (live events, installations, streams, clients' shows). You just can't resell or redistribute the plugin itself.

What if a plugin doesn't work?

Use the free 10-minute trial first to verify on your setup. After purchasing or subscribing, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
